Lotus in Blossom
Synopsis of story

His name is Su Shilong.

He is an elegant general manager of a company, calm, wise and farsighted,
with the unresisting masculine charm…

He returns to his hometown since he left it long time ago, nursing a hatred.
He wants to build a beautiful "land of lotus" in his hometown, where bears
so many stories and feelings. Meanwhile, a 20-year long story of gratitude
and resentment will continue here…

Love, or hatred, arrives unexpectedly and silently…

On one day of the 1990s, in a courtyard of the beautiful lotus land, a
joyous atmosphere permeates everywhere like celebrating a festival. The host
of the courtyard is Lan Bowen, who is respected as an outstanding master
specializing in Chengdu Sichuang cuisine, and is also a great master of
Lanting cuisine. That day is important, not only because his beloved
daughter Lan Xiaowei is engaged, but also because his son-in-law Qiu
Xiaochuan will be the new foremost exponent of Lanting cuisine. At the
moment of double happiness, everybody is satisfied, and nobody has expected
that Qiu Xiaochuan, the focus of all, does not take hold of the symbol of
Lanting cuisine handed from his father-in-law---a sunbird god spoon…Perhaps
from the beginning, the story in the future is destined to be undulating.

Su Shilong, bringing with him large amounts of investment, aims to develop a
unprecedented "land of lotus" in Chengdu. Nobody except he himself knows
that the name of the lotus land has a profound message of love deeply etched
upon his mind…Twenty years ago, young Su Shilong and Fu Rong, the first
daugther of Lan Bowen, fell in love with each other, but they gave up their
love halfway because of obstacles created by Lan Bowen. In the end, Su
Shilong was forced to wander to a strange land, and Fu Rong's beauty passed
away because of lovesickness. The seeds of hatred have been sown in Su
Shilong's mind for twenty years and finally broken through the soil and shot
out new buds. He has the desire to revenge, that is why Su Shilong returns
to his hometown. However, he does not know that another very important
person in his life comes to Chengdu. His name is Mao Mao, just around 20
years old, the child of Su Shilong and Fu Rong, who comes to the lotus land
to find his parents that he has never met before.

Su Shilong by accident meets Lan Xiaowei looking so alike Fu Rong when he
secretly carries out his plan for revenge. It seems as if he was in the past
in a dream. Everything seems to be predestined by fate.

Is she the resurrection of the passed life? Will love succeed when it comes
across passion?

This is a story about hatred, but at the same time the story is beyond
hatred itself---
     Affection between father and child, love, and friendship……Drawn into
