黑人FBI警探马库斯(马龙•韦恩斯饰)和凯文(肖恩•韦恩斯饰)可是不折不扣的亲兄弟，你没看两人不但同样的野心勃勃，却又都该死的时运不济。他们一心想成为警界英雄，可大多时候都是自己左脚绊右脚成了名副其实的“狗熊”--摔这种跟头可是要多郁闷有多郁闷。两兄弟屡战屡败、屡败屡战，在搞砸了纽约一起重大的毒品案件后，还真等来一个可以让自己在顶头上司、衣食父母、探员同事面前扬眉吐气的机会。

这绝对是一个艰巨的任务，“威尔顿”这个姓氏在美国酒店餐饮业可是如雷贯耳，两兄弟的职责就是保护其继承人威尔顿姐妹--泰芬妮(安妮•杜戴克饰)和布里特妮(梅特兰•沃德饰)从纽约机场到汉普顿酒店的途中安全无恙，因为她们可是绑匪垂涎已久的超大型肥肉。

你还别说，两兄弟为此可是做足了准备，他们决定将以前保护重要人物的狗屁常规皆置于脑后，主动出击，让自己亲身犯险做诱饵。他们将自己黑又亮的皮肤涂上了厚厚的白粉，乔装成威尔顿姐妹，化妆所产生的效果是如此的天衣无缝，两个黑小子摇身一变成了金发碧眼的白人姑娘，相信你也会在大街上忍不住对“她们”大吹口哨：“小姐，你好白哦！”兄弟俩下一步要做的就是使全世界都相信他们才是真正的“威尔顿姐妹”，他们需要瞒过共同负责安全工作的同事、威尔顿姐妹的亲朋好友以及穷凶极恶的绑匪，让真正的姐妹花远离伤害。
